Service Agreement
By using Enrichment Air's services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all HVAC and refrigeration services provided by Enrichment Air.
Service Estimates
All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if additional issues are discovered during service. We will always communicate any changes before proceeding with additional work.
Scheduling and Cancellation
We strive to accommodate your preferred scheduling. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance when possible. Emergency services are available 24/7.
Warranty
Our workmanship is backed by our commitment to quality. Manufacturer warranties apply to all equipment we install. Specific warranty terms vary by product and will be provided at the time of installation.
Limitation of Liability
Enrichment Air shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions not related to our service.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Financing options are available for qualifying projects.
